We had patchwork at craft club this morning, and a lovely ‘show and tell’ piece of stitching – a row of houses ready to be framed.

I recently learned about ‘knitting thrums’, a way of adding extra warmth into gloves, hats, socks etc., and had plenty of time to work on a pair of thrummed mittens.
