I’m just back from a few days in the Isle of Man with my sister. We visited the lovely Pink Seaweed Gallery in Ramsey.
The owner showed us the contents of some old suitcases that she had been given, following the sad passing of their owner. And what a delight for any crafter! Leanne very generously offered that I take some of the items. I did select some things and of course left a donation for them. Pride of place are the 2 boxes of Coats Mercer-Crochet cotton 50, which I have not seen for sale here for years.
Well worth a visit if you are in the isle of Man. Lots of local crafts, wonderful quality and variety.
My sister bought me an early Christmas present – a large plate with hand painted hares.
