Weaving with Nature

What an absolutely lovely morning I had today with three very creative ladies taking part in my ‘Weaving with Nature’ workshop.

We used hand dyed sheep and alpaca fleece, flax, linen yarn, foliage and flowers from our own gardens to make very individual wall hangings, and embellished them with beads and charms. Although I always love what is produced on peg looms, there was something very special about the art we created today. Including nature into the mix really made a little magic happen.

Whilst I don’t have another of these workshops scheduled, I am happy to chat about setting one up if you, and a friend, are interested in having a go!
